This disc has all of the essential Jon Anderson classics. Song of Seven carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This is one of the best Cd’s Jon Anderson has dropped to date. Unappreciated gift to Rock
02 Some Are Born is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. I like 03 Don’t Forget (Nostalgia) because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. 04 Heart Of The Matter as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. 05 Hear It is absolutely incredible. 06 Everybody Loves You is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. 07 Take Your Time is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. The song feels complete. Some of the arrangements found on Song of Seven are surprisingly edgy.
