After seeing Gridlock, I had to have a good The Pogues cd. This disc has all of the essential The Pogues classics. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by The Pogues. Another great offering from The Pogues.
Song White City is actually a funny song. Young Ned Of The Hill is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Misty Morning, Albert Bridge is probably the highlight of the album. Cotton Fields as a highlight of Peace and Love contains a ton of perfect melodies. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Down All The Days - A classic The Pogues track. USA is really a nice song to relax and listen too. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Within the first few notes of Gartloney Rats it’s perfectly clear that The Pogues is living this song. Boat Train is worth the money. Tombstone is a strong cut, one of many. Night Train To Lorca is a bit of a show-tune. It took me a little time but I ended up loving London Youre A Lady.
