This -song debut EP shows the promise that Various Artists has. On the Luxembourg charts, superstar Various Artists’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Since completing 0’s ‘Come ti vorrei’, Various Artists fulfilled their contract with SixSteps records and where under no obligation to release another album. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Come triste Venezia has a fun tempo. Con Te Sulla Spiaggia (Nico Fidenco) is the funkiest number on the album. No Various Artists song has come close to capturing my attention as Con un bacio piccolissimo did. Concerto (alunni del sole) still maintains something of a specific flourish. Congratulations is one of the more up-tempo songs on Anni collection 60 - 70, CD4. I think Coro Dei Pompieri is the best song Various Artists has ever done. Cuando Calienta El Sol (Los Marcellos Ferial) (2:53) a good melody. Cuore (Rita Pavone) which is my favorite is a truly Various Artists sounding song. Cuore matto without a doubt is the standout song of Anni collection 60 - 70, CD4. I was truly moved when I heard Dammi solo un minuto. Datemi Una Lacrima Per Piangere is a perfect, simple song by Various Artists at the top of his game. Opening track Deborah (Fausto Leali) shows the best of Various Artists. Deguello is such a cool and optimistic song that things can get just better. Music in Di me cosa ne sai is exquisite as in all tracks of Anni collection 60 - 70, CD4. Simple and heartfelt closing track Diana (Paul Anka) closes Anni collection 60 - 70, CD4 on a high note. Strong, powerful vocals of Various Artists in Dillo Con I Fiori (Remo Germani) are very impressive. Dite a laura che l amo is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Anni collection 60 - 70, CD4. Doce Doce (Fred Bongusto) is a bit different from Various Artists stereotypical stuff. Does your mother know very upbeat. Don t Gamble With Love (Paul Anka) - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Don t cry for me Argentina (Abba) is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Donna Felicit is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. E Il Treno Va is the excellent blend of moody yet optimistic tunes.
