It has been sixteen years Various Artists’ last studio CD, “Club Sounds Vol.20 (cd1)” which won Array Emmy� Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Club Sounds Vol.20 (cd1) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Various Artists’s debut, ‘Club Sounds Vol.20 (cd1)’, does not fit easily into one genre. IF you love Various Artists, ‘Club Sounds Vol.20 (cd1)’ Mp3’s is the best!
Paranoid (Airplay Mix) (Hypetraxx) - For me, this is the best of the album. Missy Queen’s Gonna Die (Orginal Mix) (Toktok Vs. Soffy O) has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Various Artists’s strong vocals come to the fore. Everybody (Single Edit) (Rocco) is a medium tempo tune. I love the melodic melody of Are U Ready (Mac Aurel Radio Edit) (Escanor) and to this day it makes me feel good. Miami (South Beach Edit) (Boca) - another great track from the Club Sounds Vol.20 (cd1) album. After you’ve listened to Gonna Work It Out (Radio Edit) (Hi-Gate), most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. I like Tremble (I Love Trance Edit) (Marc Et Claude) because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Badabeng (Spacekid Joins Woody Van Eyden@The Radio Mix) (Re-Flex) - Okay, I just talked about depth. Boombastic (Catwalk Video Edit) (Dj Qiucksilver Meets Shaggy) is a excellent, simple song by Various Artists at the top of his game. This is probably my favorite song on the album. There is excellent mix of music in Sunshine (Orginal Vocal Radio Edit) (Dance Nation). Blew our minds when we first heard The Sound Of Goodbay (Armins’s Tribal Feel Radio Edit) (Perpetuous Dreamer). Once you hear Sway (Mucho Mambo) (Airplay Mix) (Mellow Trax Vs. Shaft), you will listen to it over and over. I Feel You (Radio Edit) (Kay Cee) is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Life Is Too Short (Video Cut) (Kai Tracid) is a bit of a show-tune. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Something (Radio Edit) (Lasgo) is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Various Artists ever produced. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. Song Club Bizarre (Single Edit) (Brooklyn Bounce) is actually a funny song.
