There is no doubt that Various Artists has talent. It’s natural for Various Artists to take a stab at ‘A Pair Of Scissors’ considering her long-professed love for Azymuth. I am not a real Pop music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Dean Reed - Rock&Roll’ really is amazing. I Love Dean Reed - Rock&Roll from start to finish!
I loved Annabelle the first time I heard it. BAM to me is the best you can get from Various Artists. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Various Artists must have run out of lyrics on the next track Ciao, Bella, Ciao. Colorado sun - For me, this is the best of the album. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Con El good vocals. Don’t Let Her Go(Solo) has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Various Artists’s strong vocals come to the fore. Although Don’t Let Her Go is very melodic it is far from sad. El Cantor - Various Artists first major hit. First time I heard Elisabeth (espa ol) was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.In Fighting And Fussing the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Vocals of Various Artists in Girl Happy really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Glory Hallelujah - I just love it. Album opener Guantanamera is a bright, upbeat ditty. Hey Babe motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Dean Reed - Rock&Roll couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track I Ain’t Got You. The first time I listened to I Want You to Know I was struck by its excellent sound. I Wish You Well - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. If You Go Away rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. Joshua Fight The Battle Of Jericho has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Kansas City(2.25) - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. La Bamba still maintains something of a specific flourish. It’s such an underrated song. Love Your Brother part makes a person feel amazing. My Song For You is the first taste of the new album. No Te Tengo is nothing but pure genius. In Nuestro Amor Veraniego Various Artists spins a tale you want to hear to the end. Various Artists has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Our Love Will Always Be is one of the best records ever. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Pistolero is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Red Headed Stranger - This one makes me want to not only sing along. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Red Roses from the beginning to the end. Rock ‘n’ Roll is the albums biggest surprise. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. Somos Los Revolucionarios - A classic Various Artists track. Sugar Pie is worth the money. Various Artists breathes new life into the music in Susan Deutsch. The Search is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Things I Have Seen has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. This Train gives taste of what makes Various Artists special as a musician. Song Thunder and Lightning is actually a funny song. Some call Together from Dean Reed - Rock&Roll as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Dean Reed - Rock&Roll. Venceremos is a very catchy tune. Veras, Veras pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. War Keeps On is marvelous and different song. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. We Shall Overcome is Various Artists’s best work in years. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Dean Reed - Rock&Roll. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Wedding song. I like to sing along with When You Are By My Side, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Various Artists. Without You is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Lyrics of Yesterday When I Was Young are precise and evocative. Zorro (siglia de ”I nipoti di Zorro”) is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Charming song, great melody.
