After debuting at No. 1 last week, Various Artists’s album Kome Kome Club falls to No. 2 with 598,000, a sales slide of 55%. There is so much to love about Various Artists, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. While no new Various Artists album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 0 tour in Asia. This album is awesome.
Music and lyrics of Funk creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. FUNK FUJIYAMA is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Beautiful (6:43) - awsome. I can’t stop playing Let’s Go!. track 6 - A nice song. Lollipop is another strong production from Various Artists. Javaza Hat is amazing song though, very addictive. Kung-Fu Lady is a fine track on any terms. This song stands out greatly from the others. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Various Artists. Forever (6:10) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. I find myself hearing bits of SAFACA here and there throughout my waking hours. track 14 - Check out that bassline!
