While no new Various Artists album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2007 tour in Europe. Self-described as Pop with lots of words, Various Artists comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Various Artists was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Various Artists and Soca Gold together. This album is a scorcher!
Once dutty (Roy Cape Feat.Blaxx) gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. woman by my side (Peter Ram) is one of my favorite songs by Various Artists. The opening track i dare you (Destra) is very much like you would expect from other albums. agua (Edwin Yearwood) - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Such hits like get wild (Olatunji Yearwood) will leave you hooked. spread the love (Mr.Slaughter) rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. born fa dis (Mr Dale) is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Wine Yuh Bumper-(No Wall Flowers) (Krosfyah Feat.Khiomal Nurse) (3:32) a good melody. blaze it up (Bunji Garlin) is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. all day all nite (Lil Rick) is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. It’s such an underrated song. expose precision radio mix (El-A-Kru) motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. last band (Rikki Jai) is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. wine on me (Sean Caruth) good vocals. jumping up (K.V Charles) is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day.
