After seeing Ya Hey (Emrah), I had to have a good Various Artists cd. This disc has all of the essential Various Artists classics. There were many famous songs of Various Artists available. Turkiye is not something you should pass up.
Aramazsan Arama (Gokhan) is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Various Artists is hitting on all cylinders in Hadi Bakalim (Sezen Aksu). Hup (Tarkan) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Nurcanim (Davut Guloglu) one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Hasretim (Izel) - This is a very lively song. Kabul (Emrah) is another strong production from Various Artists. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. A unique and uplifting song. Oh Oh (Sezen Aksu) have really caught my ear and imagination. From the moment you listen to Bebek (Izel) you’re hooked. Bende Kaldi (remix) (Petek Dincoz) is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Simarik (remix) (Tarkan) - Check out that bassline! Vur Dibine (Rober Hatemo) motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Sevdim (Hulya Avsar) to me is the best you can get from Various Artists. Turkiye couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Of Deli Gonul (Tarik). Tek Delikli Kaval (Kayahan) can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Various Artists is all about. Still going through Turkiye and coming to appreciate Hatiria Beni (remix) (Mustafa Sandal) more and more with every listen.
