There is so much to love about K-Os, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Lead single “Oda al borracho” and “La semilla del diablo” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. After debuting at No. 1 last week, K-Os’s album Kondenados falls to No. 2 with 712,000, a sales slide of 66%. This is what good Rap: Hip-Hop should be.
Once La semilla del diablo gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Odio is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Listening to Ska (Soziedad Kaotika Antifascista) you can hear that K-Os has still amazing chemistry with band members. El camino is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. K-Os sings No me creo nada in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. De la ONU a la OTAN is a exquisite song and it grows on you. Hasta los huevos is the albums biggest surprise. Intro - This one is lively and fun.
