On the Denmark charts, superstar Kuschelrock’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Kuschelrock’s album Kuschelrock - Vol. 02 (cd1) falls to No. 2 with 375,000, a sales slide of 71%. This disc has all of the essential Kuschelrock classics. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Barry Manilow - Mandy is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Barclay James Harvest - Hymn is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. When listening to A-HA - Stay On These Roads, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Joe Cocker and Jennifer Warnes - Up Where We Belong is outstanding work of Kuschelrock. The Walker Brothers - The Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Anymore sets the tone for the entire album. I like the agression and power of Nazareth - Love Hurts. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Eagles - New Kid In Town the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Genesis - Follow You Follow Me - another great track from the Kuschelrock - Vol. 02 (cd1) album. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Kuschelrock. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Foreigner - I Want To Know What Love Is is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Uriah Heep - Lady In Black is possibly the best song Kuschelrock has come up. I like to sing along with T’Pau - China In Your Hand, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. The song feels complete. Berlin - Take My Breath Away is such a astounding and optimistic song that things can get just better.
