After seeing Unser Koerper Ist Massiv, I had to have a good Massiv cd. This disc has all of the essential Massiv classics. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Massiv energies, virtually a rebirth. Check it every song is worth the money for the Massiv - Blut Gegen Blut CD!
Nur Ein Leben (ft. Godsilla) make listening to Massiv like being in some sort of time warp. Glaub An Dich Selbst - another great track from the Massiv - Blut Gegen Blut album. Vocals of Massiv in Showtime really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Only one song from Massiv - Blut Gegen Blut named Scheiss Auf Dein Club (ft. sido) really got me. Wir Sind In Der Ueberzahl (3:29) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Heimatland - To me, this is the best song on the Massiv - Blut Gegen Blut. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. A great put together song. Ghettolied (Beathoavenz Remix) - A catchy, upbeat tune. I’ve found myself listening to Schau Nach Vorn back to back and back many times. The opening track Berlin Weint is very much like you would expect from other albums. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Immer Noch Die Gleichen (ft. B-Tight). It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Pass Jetzt Auf which is my favorite is a truly Massiv sounding song. M.A.S.S.I.V (2005) (ft. Basstard) - My least favorite song on this album. Massiv allows each song to breathe and flourish. Al Massiva (ft. Beirut) is one of the more up-tempo songs on Massiv - Blut Gegen Blut. Once you hear Wenn Der Mond In Mein Ghetto Kracht, you will listen to it over and over. Ghettolied one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Blut Gegen Blut still maintains something of a specific flourish. Intro (Die Stimme, Die Den Schall Bricht) - This one makes me want to not only sing along.
