After seeing Theme From Tchaikovsky’s First Piano Concerto, I had to have a good Ray Conniff cd. IF YOU LIKE ALL Ray Conniff’S SONG GO FOR IT! When you buy a Ray Conniff album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Concert In Rhythm 1.
Theme From Swan Lake Ballet - Okay, I just talked about depth. Theme From Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Concerto - A classic Ray Conniff track. Theme From Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony is one of these floating songs. Theme From Ray Conniff Suite is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Theme From Romeo And Juliet is probably the highlight of the album. Rhapsody In Blue stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. The Lamp Is Low is the albums biggest surprise. No Ray Conniff song has come close to capturing my attention as Theme From Grand Canyon Suite did. My Reverie is the most memorable and marvelous. Serenade is astounding.
