It’s natural for Siouxsie and The Banshees to take a stab at ‘Happy House’ considering her long-professed love for 2 Unlimited. This album has some very good songs like Happy House and Tenant. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Siouxsie and The Banshees energies, virtually a rebirth. Siouxsie and The Banshees “Kaleidoscope” is an amazing album.
Although Tenant is very melodic it is far from sad. Trophy (3:16) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Hybrid is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Clockface is a great opener for Kaleidoscope. Only one song from Kaleidoscope named Lunar Camel really got me. Christine is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Red Light is one of the best records ever. Paradise Place is outstanding work of Siouxsie and The Banshees. In Skin the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation.
