More Than Music, Vol. 2 isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Dipset’s debut, ‘More Than Music, Vol. 2′, does not fit easily into one genre. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Dipset energies, virtually a rebirth. This album is in perfect progression from Dipset!
Gladiators - Juelz Santana (Hell Rell, 40 Cal, J.R. Writer, Juelz, Bezel) is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Overall a nice softer song. The song Street Pharmacist - Hell Rell ending is my favorite… so catchy! Dipset City - Juelz Santana (Juelz, Hell Rell, J.R. Writer, 40 Cal, Jim Jones) is outstanding work of Dipset. Opening track Suga Duga - Cam’Ron shows the best of Dipset. I like to sing along with Anniversary - Jim Jones, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Once you hear The Stick Up (Skit) - Dukedagod, you will listen to it over and over. The Corner - Hell Rell stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Sometimes - 40 CAL is the most memorable and excellent. Still going through More Than Music, Vol. 2 and coming to appreciate Getting By - 40 CAL more and more with every listen. Get That Money - JR Writer is really the reason why I recommend buying More Than Music, Vol. 2. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. The Gun Shop - Hell Rell is such a astounding and optimistic song that things can get just better. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Show & Tell - A-Mafia is probably one of Dipset’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to.
