Stop All the World Now (Special Edition) carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. IF YOU LIKE ALL Howie Day’S SONG GO FOR IT! Since completing 0’s ‘Brace Yourself’, Howie Day fulfilled their contract with Mute Records and where under no obligation to release another album. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Perfect Time Of Day is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Collide is the albums biggest surprise. Trouble In Here is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Howie Day ever produced. Sunday Morning Song actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Howie Day’s face. I’ll Take You On is Howie Day’s best work in years. She Says is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. In Numbness For Sound the music gets its power. The song feels complete. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Come Lay Down is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Stop All the World Now (Special Edition). Standing In The Sun has a fun tempo. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. I find myself hearing bits of Collide (Acoustic) here and there throughout my waking hours.
