China was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from China and Treasure Of Chinese Musical Instruments together. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of China energies, virtually a rebirth. On the India charts, superstar China’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Treasure Of Chinese Musical Instruments is not something you should pass up.
Happiness one is one of the better boring ones. Album opener The Dark Blue Sea is a bright, upbeat ditty. Music in The King Of Qin Breaking Up Battle Arrays is gorgeous as in all tracks of Treasure Of Chinese Musical Instruments. The Moon Of Guan Shan which is my favorite is a truly China sounding song. China sings his heart out in The Attraction Of The Su Di. Moonlight Night On Spring River rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo.
