This -song debut EP shows the promise that Crass has. When you buy a Crass album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Crass on ‘Mother Earth’. Crass “Station Of The Crass” is an amazing album.
White Punks On Hope is just simply stunning. Crass has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Darling is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is System. What sets Big Man, Big M.A.N. apart is Crass’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Hurry Up Garry is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Fun Going On - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Crass. Crutch Of Society motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. The opening track Heard Too Much About is very much like you would expect from other albums. Chairman Of The Bored I just LOVE this mix! This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. You can find feelings on this piece of art. When listening to Upright Citizen, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. The Gasman Cometh is astounding work of Crass. A fantastic track full of wonder. Contaminational Power is really the reason why I recommend buying Station Of The Crass. Time Out - I like this one. I Ain’t Thick, It’s Just A Trick gives taste of what makes Crass special as a musician. Voice of Crass in Live At The Pied is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant.
