This disc has all of the essential Camilo Sesto classics. ten years ago, Camilo Sesto briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Lanza Tu Voz”. Lead single “Algo de M” and “Lanza Tu Voz” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. This album is awesome.
This song may be the most meaningful. After few listenings I started to like Todos los Tiempos (Sole Mio) more and more. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Esa Paloma is almost impossible to review. Ay, Ay, Rosseta is the first taste of the new album. Buenas Noches is the albums biggest surprise. Camilo Sesto has astounded me with this amazing track. So much energy, so exciting a sound.The sound of Tanuela is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Hoy Como Ayer gets you up and jumping.
