four years ago, Pandit Jasraj briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Shloka”. I am not a real New Age music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Mahalakshmi’ really is amazing. Self-described as New Age with lots of words, Pandit Jasraj comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Shloka is outstanding work of Pandit Jasraj. Commentary makes a person feel excellent. 108 Chants of Mahalakshmi Mantra - This one is lively and fun. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Commentary on Shree Sukt is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. This track is full of harmonies and gets Mahalakshmi off to a relaxing start. Aarti - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Shanti Path - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody.
