One Cell In the Sea isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. On One Cell In the Sea album, A Fine Frenzy have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. After debuting at No. 1 last week, A Fine Frenzy’s album One Cell In the Sea falls to No. 2 with 872,000, a sales slide of 55%. This is my first A Fine Frenzy Album and i must say i am blown away.
The Minnow & The Trout - another great track from the One Cell In the Sea album. Whisper is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. You Picked Me is one of my favorite songs by A Fine Frenzy. A Fine Frenzy allows each song to breathe and flourish. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on One Cell In the Sea is Almost Lover. Think of You the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. A Fine Frenzy sings Ashes and Wine in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. This is one hell of a track. Last of Days is a very catchy tune. Music in Lifesize is marvelous as in all tracks of One Cell In the Sea. There is gorgeous mix of music in Near To You. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Best song on the album, love it.
