Karaoke carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Since Heroes Del Silencio last CD (Karaoke) on Mute Records back in 0, I have felt a massive void in my life. This album has some very good songs like intro - song to the siren - this mortal coil and deshacer el mundo. If I may, I suggest “intro - song to the siren - this mortal coil”. That one song is amazing!
Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think deshacer el mundo is my favorite song on Karaoke. el camino del exceso is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. entre arena y espuma (despertar) is one of the coolest songs Heroes Del Silencio has ever recorded. Blew our minds when we first heard mar adentro. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. It took me a little time but I ended up loving oracibn. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Heroes Del Silencio. sirena varada is marvelous and different song. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. maldito duende is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. hechizo is cool song though, very addictive. entre dos tierras is a bit of a show-tune. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. flor de loto is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Karaoke have ended. All of songs on Karaoke and have something to say letting alone flor venenosa. la herida is a great opener for Karaoke. con nombre de guerra - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is heroe de leyenda. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: decadencia, which shows, blatantly, how much Heroes Del Silencio has evolved as a singer.
