Vicente Fernandez had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. There is so much to love about Vicente Fernandez, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This -song debut EP shows the promise that Vicente Fernandez has. Exciting stuff.
Lo Que Me Toca is a song to enjoy for years to come. The opening track Los Amigos del Mayor is very much like you would expect from other albums. Charming song, great melody. Still going through Collection CD Vicente Fernandez Part 8 and coming to appreciate Los Dos Hermanos more and more with every listen. This is probably my favorite song on the album. I can’t stop humming along MARIA MARIA. ME DICES QUE TE VAS is a very catchy tune. ME ACUERDO MAS DE TI is a fine track on any terms. I think ME CASO EL SABADO is the best song Vicente Fernandez has ever done. MI CIUDAD - A catchy, upbeat tune. Although Maria Bonita is very melodic it is far from sad. Lyrics of Me Canse De Rogarle are precise and evocative. Some call Me Esta Esperando Maria from Collection CD Vicente Fernandez Part 8 as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Mentira the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Mesa Para Uno - I just love it. Vicente Fernandez has astounded me with this amazing track. Mi Amigo e Tordillo is a strong cut, one of many. I like the idea behind Mi Amigo el Tordillo. Mi Arbol y Yo is a medium tempo tune.
