Bonnie Pink was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Bonnie Pink and Thinking Out Loud together. This is one of the best Cd’s Bonnie Pink has dropped to date. This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Bonnie Pink has. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Thinking Out Loud.
Broken hearts, citylights and me just thinking out loud is absolutely incredible. Burning Inside - For me, this is the best of the album. Track is simple, dignified and effective, Bonnie Pink refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. After about the third Imagination listen through, I began to believe this song is Bonnie Pink’s essence. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Bonnie Pink. Within the first few notes of lullaby it’s perfectly clear that Bonnie Pink is living this song. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. I can’t stop humming along Water Me. Catch The Sun motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Chances Are is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Thinking Out Loud have ended. Anything For You sets the tone for the entire album.
