There is no doubt that Ella Fitzgerald has talent. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Ella Fitzgerald’s album Ella at Duke’s Place falls to No. 2 with 947,000, a sales slide of 97%. Now signed to Ella Fitzgerald’s Blue Note Records, the title track from second album “Ella at Duke’s Place” leads Ella Fitzgerald’s back-to-school campaign. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is A Flower Is A Lovesome Thing
A Flower Is A Lovesome Thing is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. This is one hell of a track. The first time I listened to I Like the Sunrise I was struck by its amazing sound. Azure - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Imagine My Frustration gives good insight into the truths. Duke’s Place [Aka C-Jam Blues] have really caught my ear and imagination. Brown-skin Gal is a good listen every once in a while. Blew our minds when we first heard What Am I Here For?. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time.
