This album has some very good songs like Ev’ry Time We Say Goodbye and Cry Me A River. IF YOU LIKE ALL Ella Fitzgerald’S SONG GO FOR IT! Forever Ella is not something you should pass up.
Cry Me A River - Check out that bassline! Manhattan - This one is lively and fun. Best Is Yet To Come is a very catchy tune. I Get A Kick Out Of You defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Cheek To Cheek is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Don’t Fence Me In is exquisite song though, very addictive. Get Happy is possibly the best song Ella Fitzgerald has come up. Night & Day is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Let’s Face The Music & Dance is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Someone To Watch Over Me one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. They Can’t Take That Away From Me is another strong production from Ella Fitzgerald. Let’s Fall In Love is the more seemingly obscure song on Forever Ella that bear up best to repeated listening. You Do Something To Me is a bit different from Ella Fitzgerald stereotypical stuff. Charming song, great melody. Ella Fitzgerald sings his heart out in Fine Romance. Wait Till You See Him (De Phazz Remix) is astounding. Angel Eyes (Layo & Bushwacka Mix) is such a cool and optimistic song that things can get just better.
