This album has some very good songs like Rough Ridin’ and Broadway. When you buy a Ella Fitzgerald album, you know exactly what you’re getting! For older fans Rhythm Is My Business will put a massive smile accross your face. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Broadway
This track is just fantastic from start to finish. You Can Depend on Me is a fine track on any terms. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Ella Fitzgerald. Show Me the Way to Go Out of This World ‘Cause That’s Where Everything is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. I’ll Always Be in Love With You is the funkiest number on the album. Hallelujah, I Love Him So great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. A great put together song. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. I like to sing along with After You’ve Gone, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Music and lyrics of Taking a Chance on Love creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. If I Could Be With You (One Ho is a bit of a show-tune.
