There were many famous songs of Ella Fitzgerald available. IF YOU LIKE ALL Ella Fitzgerald’S SONG GO FOR IT! Since completing 1959’s ‘Sam and Delilah’, Ella Fitzgerald fulfilled their contract with Savoy Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Overall, I would highly recommend Sings the George and Ira Gershwin Song Book (CD1) CD1 CD.
But Not For Me is one of my favorite songs by Ella Fitzgerald. Listening to My One and Only you can hear that Ella Fitzgerald has still amazing chemistry with band members. This is one hell of a track. Beginner’s Luck is a medium tempo tune. After you’ve listened to Oh, Lady Be Good, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Nice Work If You Can Get It is a song to enjoy for years to come. This track is clearly meant to showcase Ella Fitzgerald’s vocal abilities. Musically Just Another Rhumba is superior to other tracks in Sings the George and Ira Gershwin Song Book (CD1) CD1. How Long Has This Been Going On? is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Ella Fitzgerald rocks harder than ever with ‘S Wonderful. Vocals of Ella Fitzgerald in The Man I Love really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Some of the arrangements found on Sings the George and Ira Gershwin Song Book (CD1) CD1 are surprisingly edgy. By Strauss - I just love it. Someone To Watch Over Me is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. The Real American Folk Song is nothing but pure genius. Who Cares? - My least favorite song on this album.
