This album has some very good songs like Rock’n Roll Music and Nadine. This is one of the best Cd’s Chuck Berry has dropped to date. When you buy a Chuck Berry album, you know exactly what you’re getting! This album is a scorcher!
Charming song, great melody. I listened to the opening track School Day and liked it a lot. After few listenings I started to like In The Wee Wee Hour (Think Of You) more and more. Johnny B Goode-Carol-Promised Land is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. I’m A Man hits the heart. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Reelin’ and Rockin’ as a highlight of Live In Toronto contains a ton of astounding melodies. Some of the arrangements found on Live In Toronto are surprisingly edgy. I love the melodic melody of Too Much Monkey Business and to this day it makes me feel good. My Ding A Ling can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Chuck Berry is all about. Maybelline is a striking and quite long song.
