Love Ballads couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Love hurts. First time I heard Is this love was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.This is one hell of a track. Within the first few notes of Lady in red it’s perfectly clear that Gregorian Chants is living this song. I love the melodic melody of And I love her and to this day it makes me feel good. Against all odds Take a look at me now is a bit different from Gregorian Chants stereotypical stuff. Hard to say Im sorry is simply astounding. Nights in white satin is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Love Ballads. Falling into you is another favourite of mine. Angels is the song that really did it for me.
