Since completing 1978’s ‘Da Ya Think I’m Sexy’, Rod Stewart fulfilled their contract with Savoy Records and where under no obligation to release another album. There is so much to love about Rod Stewart, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. ‘Blondes Have More Fun’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Rod Stewart “Blondes Have More Fun” is an amazing album.
Dirty Weekend is the song that really did it for me. All of songs on Blondes Have More Fun and have something to say letting alone Ain’t Love A Bitch. The Best Days Of My Life is the first taste of the new album. I like Is That The Thanks I Get because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Attractive Female Wanted - another great track from the Blondes Have More Fun album. Blondes (have More Fun) - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Once you hear Last Summer, you will listen to it over and over. I like to sing along with Standin’ In The Shadows Of Lov, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. I have all of Rod Stewart’s tracks and Scarred and Scared is probably the most his introspective effort.
